Marcus Araujo is a partner of the law firm and specializes in Criminal matters and Immigration Law. He represents persons dealing with the immigration consequences while facing criminal charges or after being sentenced. Marcus’ practice includes representing defendants in New York and New Jersey’s criminal courts and in Municipal courts. He also regularly appears before Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals and at the USCIS.

Marcus is a graduate from St. John’s University School of Law where he was the President of the Joseph A. Calamari – Admiralty Law Society. During Law school, Marcus was an intern at the Catholic Migration Office in Sunnyside New York working on the Immigrant Tenant Advocacy Project and an intern for the Hon. Richard J. Collini at the Supreme Court of New York in Richmond County

Marcus is fluent in Galician, Spanish and Portuguese. Marcus is also an avid soccer fan and an experienced sailor having spent much time around yacht clubs and sailing competitions.
